Why we do this bit manually

Most of our early users install Pagevet on someone else's laptop.
We want to make sure that someone gets a decent first-run experience.

Send us the rough context: who the device belongs to, what they mostly use the laptop for, whether they've had a scam close-call before. We'll tailor the install note we send back. It's a two-minute call-and-response, not a long form.

Subject line 'install' is fine. Tell us who it's for. We'll send instructions that make sense for them, not for you.

Emma or Dan replies in person. Usually within a day, occasionally two.
